Shannon Bennett continues to expand the Vue brand, with the announcement that he will operate the cafe at Heide Museum of Modern Art. Cafe Vue at Heide will feature a collaboration between Heide’s gardeners, working in Sunday Reed’s original vegetable garden, and the Vue chefs to plan menus from the ground up. Bennett says the partnership with the gallery is a natural progression for Vue. Designed by Chris Connell
